If I took a screenshot of pages from my online magazine and SOME of the images on that page weren't in 300 DPI, but I converted the screenshot into 300 DPI and added the pages to a PDF... would it still come out nice? Sorry if that was confusing LOL

Inappropriate?A screenshot will essentially be 100dpi, and in that is not going to look too good in print. Text and line art will look poor. I would not recommend it.
There are some tricks you can play, for instance you can change the resolution to 300dpi in Photoshop *without* resampling. The result is a 300dpi image that has reasonable quality, but it is 1/3 the size of your original screenshot. That is not generally useful in most cases, though.

these are what the screenshots look like in 300 DPI on the PDF.
do you think these would print well or no?
i'm not quite sure but they look very clear to me.

Inappropriate? This is ultimately your choice, but screenshots like those will not compare well to the quality that is possible if you provide high resolution source images. A proof is currently cheap (just the price of shipping), I recommend you try a test with some screen shots and some high res source images. It helps to see the results in your hands.
There are going to be times when low resolution content is called for as a design choice, but the general rule for print is to use high resolution content.
