Invalid page size and bleed, but I think my file's correct
After uploading the PDF, I'm told it's invalid -- says the size doesn't match (but the size is in fact 8.25" by 10.75" in the uploaded file) and the bleed is not allowed. But page size is correct. Bleeds are actually correct, though the images in the bleed don't go off the edge. If there's white space between image edge and outer edge of bleed, does it get rejected? And the invalid page size has us flummoxed. Help?

Inappropriate?I see height = 11.75, rather than 10.75; am I looking at the right issue?
Looking more deeply, I see the Art and Trim boxes in the PDF have been modified to 8.25x10.75, but we ignore those. We will accept these two alternatives: 8.5x11 page size, with no Bleed, or 8.25x10.75 page size with Bleed of 0.125" top and bottom, and 0.5" outside (note: outside means right for odd pages, left for even).

Inappropriate?We only have the one issue uploaded, so you must be looking at the right one.
I'm at home now, so I'll have my designer take a look at your reply tomorrow morning. But the size of the page is not 11.75, unless he made a mistake. Either way, I'll have him read your reply and see if he can figure out what to do.
