Is Microsoft Publisher acceptable?
I see that MS Word is accepted for input, but MS Publisher is not on the list. The new Publisher is powerful and friendly. It's easier to use than Scribus. Can't you publish a magazine with Publisher PDF? It is obvious that it is intended for professional output.

Inappropriate?Check out the MagCloud blog (http://magcloud.com/user/magcloud/blog) for a template to get started using Microsoft Publisher. It is a 12-page document with margins set up to show the MagCloud trim line, and a box to show where the mailing address label will appear on the back cover. Hope that helps!
