MagCloud pdf upload times out repeatedly; can't complete it
I've been trying to upload my pdf for the better part of a day to replace the one I already have. It won't complete upload. Gets anywhere form 2% to 73% and then the round arrows just go forever. I didn't have this problem uploading previously. My connection is very fast.
It is extremely frustrating because I'm all set to publish but cannot.

Inappropriate?The site did not come up cleanly after a hardware update in the data center today, and that led to a number of failures. I hope it's back to normal now!

Inappropriate?I am still trying after 3 days to make a successful upload! How long will it be before I can publish my magazine? I have tried a dozen times. Can you not implement an FTP approach to this? Your business model is difficult to recommend at this point....
