It costs you nothing to publish a magazine on MagCloud. To buy a magazine costs 20¢ per page, plus shipping. For example, a 20-page magazine would be four bucks plus shipping. And you can make money! -- is this 20 cents per numbered page or 20 cents per piece of paper. A mag with 20 sheets = 40 numbered pages, so is the price based on 20 or 40 in that case?

Inappropriate?Actually one physical sheet of a saddle-stitched magazine contains four pages, for example: front cover, inside front cover, inside back cover, and back cover are all printed on one physical sheet, and folded once to create four pages.
The price is $0.20 per 8.5x11 page, or "per numbered page" as you described.
