My magazine won't upload completely! It's less than 100mgs. HELP!
I'm trying to upload my mag...it's only 62mgs and its been uploading for an entire day. I have high speed cable through Time Warner and it isn't slow. What's the deal? It only uploaded 40% in a day...are you having a server problem?

Inappropriate?That is definitely not expected behavior, even if it were a slow connection. I have seen a corner case where the progress indicator implies it is still transferring even though the upload completed; can you check to see if your issue has a preview even though upload seemed to hang?

Inappropriate?there is no preview, and i tried to upload again last night and it only reached 50% and then the progress kept spinning but never increased more than that...and still no preview.

Inappropriate?Thanks for the info Sandra, we'll to try to diagnose this on our end. In the meantime you may want to try the alternative upload form on the upload page: look for the "Switch the form" link down the page a bit. This one will not show the upload progress, but may avoid your problem as it does not rely on javascript and flash.

Inappropriate?I did switch to the other form and it just ran like the other one. never uploading. i even came to the library where i know i've got high speed connection and nothing. i only got 1% in a half an hour of waiting which is worse than yesterday at my house. I'm so beyond at this point...

Inappropriate?I got onto a different computer, same Time Warner Cable modem system though...only difference is that it was a PC and I use a Mac.
Who knows...it worked though, and I ordered a proof, I'm interested in seeing how the quality of the photos turn out...
