Promotional shipping

I have budgeted funds for promotions and this includes shipping the magazine to various media in order to secure possible media coverage about my soon-to-launch publication. Would I be able to purchase my magazine through MagCloud at the Publisher's fee and pay shipping and handling BUT insert a different mailing address and contact other than my own? When the magazines are shipped do they come with a receipt? Thanks!
