Make sure that your PDF file is under 200MB and fits the MagCloud PDF specs: 8.5" x 11", between 4 and 100 pages, and the total page count must be a multiple of 4. If your PDF fits these criteria and you are still unable to upload the file to MagCloud, please submit a support request through our website detailing the problems you are encountering and any error messages you may be receiving.
