Is anyone else having problems with the customer service operators for Magellan. I have spoken to 9 of them in the past three months and I can get a straight answer about my order or anything else. Last reply on June 11, 2008 12:56.

I contacted Magellan about a problem I was having with the roadmate 2000 back in October of 2007. The unit stopped working and I was told a new power cord would be shipped immediately. It's 2008 now and I'm still waiting. I have spoken with 9 different operators and none of them give me a straight answer. One of them actually told me that company was going out of business.

    Maestro 3225

Does anybody know the actual specs of this device?

Magellan took out the entire WinCE 5 explorer and replaced it with their own Navigator. It pisses me off that I am not able to use MP3s, voice or the WinCE 5 OS. I believe we as the customers should be able to have access to those features. even if Magellan did not enable them. This unit is very capable of doing so much more than what it was set to do.

This sounds like the gps system to buy.

Widescreen, bluetooth, voice input, AAA integration. Are there any others that are directly comparable?

I'm not happy about that monthly fee for traffic data though.
