I want my update!

I purchased my Magellan Roadmate 1400 on May 25, 2009. I quickly noticed that the maps were not correct before I even got out of the parking lot! I researched getting an update and was disappointed that my new GPS would require $80.00 for a new map update. But I found on their website that you could get a "free" map update if you purchased it 30 days before a map update was issued. Yeah! A map update was coming up on June 1st. I sent all of the paperwork to Magellan and was approved for the free update. I ordered it from a lady in India on June 19th. I was very upset to find out that I had to pay them $10.63 for my "free" update. I was very unhappy to learn that it would cost that much to ship me an SD card. Seriously? Wouldn't a postage stamp work?
So I have been anxiously awaiting my package from Magellan.........that hasn't come yet!
I finally contacted customer service in India today on June 29th. They have NOT shipped my free update because they don't have the update yet. What? Why didn't they tell me that on June 19th? This was for sale on their website on June 1st for $80.00?
I am leaving on my trip AGAIN without my update.
I am not happy with Magellan and I will not tell anyone to buy their product!
