Is anyone else having problems with the customer service operators for Magellan. I have spoken to 9 of them in the past three months and I can get a straight answer about my order or anything else.

I contacted Magellan about a problem I was having with the roadmate 2000 back in October of 2007. The unit stopped working and I was told a new power cord would be shipped immediately. It's 2008 now and I'm still waiting. I have spoken with 9 different operators and none of them give me a straight answer. One of them actually told me that company was going out of business.
