Why Isn't my Magic Thumb working?
I purchased and installed Magic Thumb. I've followed all the directions, and even double checked my work against Magic Toolbox's example pages. Everything appears correctly to me; yet, when I mouse over a photo, nothing happens. I get this little message that says "loading".

Magic Zoom is installed on your X-Cart site and ready for use but the MagicZoom class is not being applied to the product image. Have you edited the settings.ini file to setup Magic Zoom as you want it? Please copy the content of your settings.ini file, and send it to us via our support form: http://www.magictoolbox.com/contact/

Magic Thumb is not being used on the doctor page - that's why you don't see it!
To use Magic Thumb, you need to reference the JS and CSS files in your <head> and you need to add a class of MagicThumb to the image.

Inappropriate?Yes, I see that now - didn't look at the source code - just guessed that the site had Magic Thumb coded as they were looking for help with getting it to work. I guess when I looked at it, they had already removed any code. -

I installed magiczoom on a new X-Cart installation and followed the instructions (except where it says to backup the product_thumbnail.tpl file - there isn't one on any of the skins I have). Asked for support several times in the support request area and have received no answer as yet - 4 weeks waiting! Please help! -
