Can I get a trial extension? I installed on one machine to sync with another one and only just got around to installing on the second one to see how well it works, only to find that the license on the first had already expired.
I bought a single-user license for SFTP Drive a few months ago. Does this entitle me to any future updates of your software? Or do I have to pay a fee each time?
Also, are you continuing to support and develop for the Windows version? You seem to have a lot more stuff out there about your mac version (perhaps you are all now mac converts). There are a lot of free things out there that do the same thing (sshfs and MacFusion) on a mac, but not so many that are easy to use for Windows. I would be sad if you stopped.
When I download the license file it gets saved as ExpanDrive.xml, which the 'enter license' file browser won't let me select. The emailed version is myemail.ExpanDriveLicense which works fine.

I recall that when I purchased SFTPDrive a while back one of the major considerations was that it was licensed to me as a user for use on multiple machines (as opposed to the per-computer license that is often in effect for software). I mentioned this to some other people, and when they looked for more information about it there was none to be found on the SFTPDrive.com site.
So, I searched the site, the old forum, this forum and was unable to find any mention about this. I also looked for a EULA and help file in the SFTPDrive installation directory, and was unable to find either.
Finally, when I do a "View License Status..." on my running SFTPDrive, it says "This license is valid for SFTPDrive 1.7 on only one computer."
Was I giving out incorrect information?
Shouldn't there be a EULA and help file in the install directory?
Shouldn't this information (and information about the upgrade policy) be transparently available on the website?
I bought one sftdrive license about a month ago and just got my new laptop -- can i transfer that license to the new one and discontinue use on the old laptop
