The Facebook app isn't updating with new bookmarks on the profile box since Aug 10. The list of bookmarks in Facebook is showing just fine, though.

I tried removing the box and re-adding, but it didn't force a refresh.

In both the full-screen and minimal bookmarklet, sharing to a private group doesn't change the privacy settings for the bookmark I'm about to share. Perhaps I'm missing something, but doesn't this destroy the whole purpose of having private groups? The current setup seems counterintuitive, and, frankly, dangerous.

What I'd propose: when I select a private group via dropdown, then the 'Keep bookmarks private' setting becomes checked, and then disabled (and / or add messaging that explains that this group is private). If you can't make sharing privately an all or none deal, at least automatically select the 'keep private' checkbox.

Is there any way to stop Ma.gnolia from constantly logging me out? Whenver I don't use Ma.gnolia for a couple of days, I have to sign in again. I find this to be very annoying, especially on my iPhone where it's a bit of a hassle to log in. I use a Yahoo OpenID to log in.

If I have a private group, is there any way for members to get a feed of bookmarks added to the group, by way of an authenticated feed URI or a per-user secret URI?

This Firefox extension <https://addons.mozilla.org/en-US/fire...> asks for the API key. The directions are to go to my Ma.gnolia profile and click on the advanced tab, which I cant' find. Thank you.

Currently, there are a few ways to post to a group, but I was wondering if there was an easy way to post directly to a group without said link having to go to my bookmarks. As far as I know, the only way to do this now is by clicking on the "New Bookmark" button in the Group page, which directs me to a link like this:

If there is a bookmarklet for this, please link me to it. If not, could one be created or is there an equally easy way to do what I'm asking about?

How do i get magnolia bookmarks to work in firefox browser's bookmarks drop down menu?

it's not easy to add multiple tags to searches if you can't see or remember what tags you have. To be able to see ones tags when typing a search and or being able to append more tags to ones previous selection of tag/s would be really nice.

Does the Ma.gnolia API support authentication and making calls using logins for services other than openId (e.g. Yahoo, Facebook, WordPress, AOL, Live Journal and TypePad)?

would be nice to be able to search the name and/or the description of ones bookmarks not ONLY the tags on the mobile version of ma.gnolia (m.agnolia.com).

This del.icio.us API enables incremental sync: you use it to get (opaque) hashes of all post metadata (the "meta" attribute), compare it against meta hashes on the client side, delete local bookmarks whose hashes aren't on the server and insert local bookmarks for hashes that are on the server but not locally. This is more bandwidth-efficient than calling posts/all for a few bookmark edits, which is why my del.icio.us app (and the official browser extension) use it.

Besides posts/all?hashes, you need to support posts/get?meta=yes and posts/all?meta=yes
. That parameter ensures returned posts have the same "meta" attribute that is returned by posts/all?hashes .

I have been trying to find share links or "add to Ma.gnolia" badges, with a Ma.gnolia icon, to add to my website?. Okay, I see the answer in creating a bookmark with code added, but where can I find a small Ma.gnolia icon? Del.icio.us and Diigo have a page where you copy code and it makes it easy - do I really have to Photoshop a Ma.gnolia icon? or have I been looking in the wrong places? (everywhere I could think of)

One guy asked how we can get more share links to Ma.gnolia out there - well, duh, make it easy for people to add them to their websites!

I don't know Javascript yet - I'm a web design student, and that's next semester! Or is it supposed to be html but you used brackets instead of less than greater than symbols? I'm feeling a little dense right now, but I like Ma.gnolia pretty well and would like to help promote its use.

I really don't get why you would make it hard for people who aren't adept at it to put a share link on their sites.
