It sounds like something is stuck in the browser or on the Facebook side. The best I can suggest as a first step is to clear the browser cache. If that doesn't help, we can try it from our end. Please get in touch with us through support@ma.gnolia.com so we can get the necessary info on which Facebook account to look at.
