Inappropriate?zoilus8: I'm sorry you're having problems. Are you having trouble with using Get Satisfaction? Or, is this a problem with a Manhattan Portage account? Let me know how we can get this solved for you. I know it can be annoying to deal with account usernames, e-mail, password, etc. But, perhaps we can get it all set the way you like it.

Inappropriate?As far as I can tell on our end of the system, your e-mail address is NOT signed up as an account.
I would suggest attempting to sign up one more time.
If this continues to be a problem, I will have my web developer look into it further, but as far as I can tell we are having no known issues on our end.
If all else fails, you can always call our office at 212-925-1085 from 10-6 eastern time and place your order over the phone.
