I want to see the photo!

Just so everyone knows, you can also include photos in these posts. We're working on tools for uploading images, but until then, you can include HTML in your posts. I use Skitch to take screen grabs and then post things on Get Satisfaction. Skitch gives me the HTML code, and I just paste it in, like this:

It's an amazing application.
