Shoulder Strap Problem
Has anyone had a problem with the shoulder strap pulling out from the side of there bag? The rest of my bag is holding up so well that it looks brand new. It's really sad I love my bag but have to shelve it until I get the problem fixed.

Inappropriate?This does seem like a warranty issue. Although we do stand behind the high quality of our products, manufacturing defects do occur.

We will look at your bag in person. If does indeed fall under our warranty policy (which from your photos it looks like it does) we will send you a brand new replacement bag for free.
