West Side Strap Design Flaw
West Side strap pulls from one side and cinches the top of the bag. The shoulder strap should really have a clip to prevent the strap from continuing to pull across the top of the bag until it's a crumpled mess. What a disappointment!

I am sorry you have a problem with you West Side Shoulder bag. To me, this sounds like a defective bag, and not a flaw in the design.
If you could send a photo of this to Lauren@manhattanportage.com I will forward that onto our production department.
Do you mind if I ask how long you have had your bag?
If this falls under our lifetime warranty (which it sounds like it does!) we will ask you to send the bag back to us, and we will send you a brand new bag for free.
