Is it possible to use custom markers or different markers for different posts?

Inappropriate?This is a great feature request and one that I would definitely like to see added to GeoPress.
I could imagine this being handled several ways:
- Set a custom marker by URL, upload an image, or choose from a library of markers that you've uploaded previously
- Assign Categories to have a marker by default. So a post would use this category marker by default. Problem in how to handle if a post has multiple categories?
What would your suggestion be for how best to handle this type of feature? -
Inappropriate?The first option would allow more flexibility and wouldn't create the issue of multiple categories. The least one should be able to do is to set a custom marker by URL. -

Inappropriate?It appears that xdot1q is sponsoring a Russian development company to add this. Would love to see it committed back to the original repository. What's the timeline on that xdot1q?
