Account Disabled
Why did I get the message "Your account has been disabled. Please contact customer support to resolve the issue."? I only tried to log in once? Also, how do I contact customer support? You tell me to contact customer support but there is absolutely no link to customer support on the page. This is kind of a frustrating dead end. Can you do something about this?

Inappropriate?Hi Rick. Appologies for the annoyance. Your account getting disabled was a human error. We were making some revisions at the request of a customer and your account was mistakenly one that got disabled. This is now resolved.
In the page you received with the "Please contact customer support" quote, that text should have been a mailto link to the "support@market7.com" email address. And GetSatisfaction is a forum we do use for (among other things) customer support -- so your effort has connected to us this way. Also, the 415-981-8000 number on our Web site does get monitored.
However, we acknowledge that mechanisms of outreach to support should be clearer than they currently are. We will consider how to make these options more evident whenever using video.Market7, and will follow up here when we implement measures soon.
