If you have a free trial account, you will not be able to delete files. This was something we put in place to encourage our users to migrate to a paid account (and help us keep the lights on here at Market7). We are rethinking this as we don't want users to feel as though their files are being trapped on M7. You will see a change to this very soon.
If, however, you have a regular paid account, there is trashcan icon next to each file in the file manager where you can delete them.

Inappropriate?This feature is now implemented. Free "Production Assistant" accounts can delete files. Thanks for suggesting.
