Remove the automatic shrinking on Comments in Player
When viewing notes in the player, if the "more" button is selected, then the comments expand. But after about 5 seconds it closes again. This is frustrating since there is no way anyone can read that fast. It should be expanded until it is manually closed by the viewer, or another note is pressed, but even then it should stay open the whole time.

Inappropriate?This is a huge problem! The player keeps closing and shifting on me while I am trying to read notes. I know I can print the notes out on a separate page (which is an amazing tool that I was going to suggest just now, but I found it), but I want to be able to read them while I am looking at the video.
