Inappropriate?Also, we are not optimized for Chrome (we have done very little testing on this browser) so we'll look into that as a potential source of the problem as well.

Inappropriate?There's been some occasional confusion about when invitations are submitted as there were a few fields to enter & buttons to click, and sometimes people thought they'd completed invitation process prematurely. In consideration of that we've streamlined the steps of inviting and made it more clear when that's (in/)complete.
