Mavenlink should show overall project progress as a graphic.
As a maven, it would be great to see a graphical representation of progress on a project. For example, my dashboard shows a project status as In Progress. But the project workspace doesn't show me anything that tells me how things are progressing. I have to read through the comments to remember what has transpired.

We're definitely working on overall status messaging and icons. Our workspace event feed is ordered by newest event at the top, so we're trying to make it easy to digest what the latest actions have been. We'd love to hear from users like you regarding some of the statuses that are required - we were definitely hesitant to guess before we see how our users use the system.
A few ideas we've had are that the maven should be able to flag a project as completed or in a draft status (as you pointed out) to let their client know that it deserves attention. The client should also be able to respond to that flag.
