My checkout page shows a stream error ?

I installed Royal Mail and now when I go to check out I get the error below
Warning: include(Meanbee/Royalmail/Model/Shipping/Carrier/Royalmail/.php)

I have checked to see if the files are on the server and done a reinstall.
