I cannot upload my video
I am trying to upload my first video. When I get to the part where I upload my master, it is not working. When I hit the save & continue button, the dropdown goes back to the first option again, it does not present me with a browse box where i can choose my file

Inappropriate?Hi Jim,
Can you tell me what browser you are using and what type of Master you are trying to add (MP4/H.264 or WMV). I'm trying to reproduce the problem.

Inappropriate?Testing the problem, we found a bug that made its way into our last version update. The problem is isolated to Internet Explorer. We are currently fixing the problem. In the meantime please use Firefox instead of Internet Explorer. You will not have this issue in Firefox.
