Contradictory Information--What's the Real Scoop?
Your "How to Pitch" listing is at variance with what's on the magazine's website. The difference is substantial. The magazine is Good Housekeeping. You make it sound like a wide-open market for freelancers, but the website says only submissions for the last-page "Blessings" feature will be submitted. What's the real scoop?

Inappropriate?Hi Vicky,
I understand your frustration; we're working with Good Housekeeping to update the How to Pitch information currently on the site. The scoop is, GH is primarily looking for first-person narratives or as-told-to features about someone who's overcome an obstacle in life. While the section names may have changed, the magazine still seeks this type of story from freelancers.
Thanks,
Blake
