Not receiving New York magazine
Hi - I'm still trying to get my subscription to New York magazine. I renewed in Sept. I reported this problem more than a week ago and have not received an answer. Was supposedly case #2131, which doesn't exist anymore. I saw that others have had this problem, and it is also still unresolved. Very frustrated...

First off, our apologies for somehow missing this post. We're using Get Satisfaction full time now, so we'll be quick to answer all posts.
We were having some issues with magazine delivery at the time that you signed up, though we think we've finally got that all cleared up. The best thing to do is send your address and magazine choice to so I can manually add your name/address to the list of subscriptions. (Although you signed up a long time ago, you're of course still entitled to your subscription).
