MediaShout v4 does not load in Windows 7 RC1.
MediaShout v4 crashes during splash screen on Windows 7 RC1. It loads the splash screen, Windows changes into its Basic Desktop Theme, and then the error comes up "This program is closing... searching for solution."
I’m disappointed.

Inappropriate?Try doing a repair of the install and turn off windows Areo so shout dosen't have to.

Inappropriate?I tried that a couple days ago and it did not work for me.

Inappropriate?I had a dumb moment. I just fixed it. I just thought today to try to run the program as an administrator and it worked. (Vista and 7 do not run programs in admin mode, even if signed in as admin).

Inappropriate?MediaComplete will be working with our program developers in the coming months to have V4 fully compatible with Win7 before the official full release of Win7. We've played around with Win7 on a couple of personal computers at the office since the beta became available early this year with varying success.
