Inappropriate?If it is difficult to call us to have the issue resolved, then here are some suggestions we can give you.
1. Try using a different browser.
2. Try updating your browser to the latest version.
3. Try temporarily turning off your firewall if one is active. This may be a software or hardware firewall.
If none of the above options work, you can even try accessing the Account Center from a different computer and see if that works.
