I cannot run me.dium on my computer, I am using Windows Vista

After I downloaded me.dium. It ran good for five minutes. After that I uninstalled the software and reinstalled, I still had the same problems. I am using internet explorer 7 and Windows Vista. I was wondering if the software is compatible with Windows Vista.
