Problem contacting Meetup support and cancelling...

We've contacted support from within the Meetup site but have yet to receive a response. What is the proper way to contact someone about account/billing issues? We are billed monthly but cannot locate the account to which the billing is associated and thus cannot cancel. We were just billed again on 1/05 and would like to stop it all ASAP.
