Don't use Cmd+M as a shortcut for the FF extension on OS X.
After installing the mento firefox extension on Mac OS X (Firefox 3.0.1) I can't minimize firefox to dock anymore because Cmd+M now fires up the mento plugin, instead of minimzing the window.
IMHO not a great idea to use a standard OS shortcut for an indiviuel extension.

Inappropriate?Sorry about that -- I wasn't aware of this conflict while testing the extension on Mac OS X (it's not our primary development environment, so we're not as well versed in all the shortcuts that exist).
I've uploaded an intermediate release of the extension that doesn't contain the Cmd+M shortcut; you can download it here:
http://www.mento.info/files/mento-1.2...
We'll publish this update for all Mac users as part of the next major release of the extension.
Can you help us pick a better shortcut for Mac OS? Is Cmd+Shift+M possible?
I’m very thankful

Inappropriate?The update resolved the problem.
Cmd+Shift+M should be possible as long as no other extension used it already. I've tested it here with a lot of extension and nobody claims to use it (Ctrl+M and Alt+M are already be taken by other extension in my installation).
I’m happy

Inappropriate?Would it be possible to add a shortcut, say Cmd-Alt-Shift-M to post with screenshot?
-
Inappropriate?Sure, we can do that -- you may also like the extra screenshot button that you can add to your Firefox toolbar: In the Mento dropdown menu (click the arrow next to the main Mento button), select "Settings" > "Show the Mento Screenshot button"
