templates
In Web Groups under Projects there's a link 'Templates', I can't find any help on it and wonder what it is and / or how to use it.

Templates are a great way to copy task lists for projects that are recurring.
To create a template, build a project like you would normally. When you want to save it as a template, follow these steps:
1. click on "edit project" on the right navigation, in the yellow box
2. change the "status" of the project (bottom left) to "template"
The project will now be listed in the templates category of projects.
To use this template, follow these steps:
1. click on "templates" on the right navigation
2. click on the template you want to use [this will open the project]
3. click on "copy project" on the right navigation, in the yellow box
The new project will be called "Copy of"... then the name of the template. This new project will be assigned a status of "active" when it is created. You will see all of the tasks from the template now ready for your new project.
*** PLEASE NOTE ***
Only the name, description, and tasks are copied from a template. Messages and documents are not copied.

Inappropriate?Cool! aha, maybe it would be nice to have documents as shareable between projects then?

Inappropriate? All documents appear in the "files" section (if the module is loaded) even project files. That way you can search on any file from that area.
How would you want to share files between projects? You mean like having a project document template? -
Inappropriate?Aha, yes I was thinking of files that several projects have in common. But, if I understand correctly, the files are under a 'group' so everyone in a project in that group can find it.
I’m happy
