Our Return Policy:
Our 30-day return policy gives you plenty of time to consider your purchases. That's just one of the ways we want to assure you the purchase decision is right.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, you can return any item in its original, brand new condition for a full refund or an exchange, less the original shipping and handling fees. Please include all original packaging and for all handbags, with all hang tags attached. It's just that Simple!

General Merchandise
We must receive your returned merchandise within 30 days from the date of original shipment in order to issue a refund or exchange. Upon receiving your return, the merchandise will be inspected by Quality Assurance. All items showing signs of wear, fray, disengagement or those that have been damaged in any way
can't be accepted for return. Returns with no Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number, and packages that are improperly packaged will also be refused. If you have any questions or concerns regarding your order or our return policy, please
contact us.
After we approve your return for a refund, we will credit the approved amount to your credit card used to purchase the returned merchandise.
How to Return?

Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) No.
Email
service@merx2go.com to request a RMA No. This unique number identifies your return and you can also use this number in the subject area of all corresponding email communications to facilitate our customer service representative to expedite your case.

Pack Your Return
Pack all original packaging and collateral materials including the original packing list or invoice. If you are returning partial purchase, please make a copy of your original Packing List or Invoice and keep the copy for yourself. All returned items must be in their original brand new, purchase condition including the original product packaging, manufacturer's container, gift boxes, documentation, and all accessories. Any items that you receive with hang tags attached to it must be returned with those tags in their original, attached condition.

Ship The Package
Write down the RMA number you obtained in Step 1 on the shipping label, or airway bill. Returned order without RMA number may further delay your refund or exchange process.
In preparing your final shipping, We recommend you to track and insure your return from services like USPS's delivery confirmation or similar ones from Fedex or UPS. For USPS delivery confirmation service, just bring your return package to their service window and ask for Delivery Confirmation and Insurance option. USPS delivery confirmation is not a free service.
Late Return
The returned merchandise must be received within 30 day from the original shipment date. Items received after the 30-day timeline will be rejected, and your package will be returned to you.
Exchange
All exchanges are subject to the same Returned Merchandise guideline. To exchange a product you purchased, please first return the items you received. Note that all exchanges will be assessed a shipping and handling charge. The charge is for shipping the exchanged item back to you. All exchange processes will not start until we receive: a) the original purchased items. b) new shipping and handling charge. The new shipping and handling charge can be requested from
service@merx2go.com. To expedite your exchange, please use major credit cards and money orders.
Because our products have limited availability and could sell out at any given time, we recommend that you initiate your exchange soon as possible and the best way is to place a new order with us and refund the original purchase.
Return on Special Promos
Special Promotional products returned including but not limited to Free Shipping, Reduced Shipping, Special Discount, Customer Order products and are subject to 15% restocking fee of the original invoice.
All International Return
We understand most of our international orders are mainly through USPS and are subject to custom regulation and security inspection that vary from country to country. So we have extended the return to 45 day from the date of original shipment and all return and exchange must be received within this timeline
