AppFresh seems to show 3 Software Updates that I don't need?
On a freshly installed new MBP running Mac OS X 10.5.4 Build 9E17, AppFresh lists three Software Updates available:
iLife Support 8.2
Java For Mac OS 10.5 Update 1 1.0
Mac OS X Update Combined 10.5.4 (r10)
But outside of AppFresh, running Software Update... shows no updates. Do I need these updates? How do I check what version of these I'm currently running? How do I remove these updates?

Inappropriate?It was certainly weird to be running OSX 10.5.4 and be told that an upgrade to 10.5.3 was available yesterday as well!
