The method omop is broken again!
Within the last year I have had two of the method omops (all floor care kind, not the wood care kind) break on me. The first one broke where the handle meets the bottom of the mop and just yesterday the hand grip break right off of the mop. Are these omops just made cheaply and is there anything that can be done for me about this?
Right now I have taken to using my old swiffer mop with the method cloths and floor cleaner because I really don't want to waste more money on another omop. I absolutely love the method line and this is the first problem I have had like this with any of their products so I am miffed.
Thanks!

Inappropriate?Hey Jamie, handle breakage issues have occurred in about 3-5% of the omops, and the good news is that we are on top of the problem! our tools pod team has pinpointed the issue and is working to ensure sturdier handles.
if this not-so-pleasant twist of fate has knocked on your door and you find yourself standing with a broken handle, simply shoot us an email at info@methodhome.com, and we'll get you all taken care of. (please be ready to show proof of purchase, such as a digital photo of the broken mop, receipt, or the handle itself.)

I wish I had known about this earlier. I would have turned in my broken handle as well rather than purchasing a wood floor kit just to get the mop. I don't even have wood floors. I'll remember this should my handle break again. -
Inappropriate?Hi Felicia,
I really appreciate the reply, I can certainly take a picture of the broken mop as I haven't thrown it out yet. I will take a picture of it and email that address. I am so glad that the method team is on top of it and is willing to help those of us out who have experienced the issue!
Thanks again!
Jamie
