Recently active topics in Metroblogging about Terms of Use

When posting a comment there was a box to check titled "Notify me of followup comments via e-mail". Even though I did not check that box, I still received an email notification with a followup comment. It appears that the author looked up my email from my registration information and then cut and pasted his comment from the thread into an email and manually sent it to me.

Is there a way to not receive followup comment emails other then just changing my profile email to something fake?

I like that you don't write like stodgy old media, but please don't support the trivialization of raping men. Specially, drop the clause "Unless you’re a total knob and Bode Media Inc feels you need to do some hard time in pound me in the ass prison" in your Terms of Use page. Please!
