Comments are turned off for Tokyo, but not other cities. No new postings in Tokyo, either (one in the last 6 months). I'm interested in becoming an author, but can't without comments.

Inappropriate?That is a problem, we turn off comments sometimes on long inactive posts to prevent spam but that's problematic for sure. Looking into it now.. Thanks for bringing it to our attention.
