Customer NO Service!!!!!!
I recently tried to pay my Metro PCS bill online via the express pay. I entered my cell # and acct # as required and was told that the two did not match. I went to the text msg on my cell from Metro PCS that notifies me of my balance and due date. The $ amt was different and the acct # was different. I tried calling the only customer service # and could not get past the automated answering system (it does not give you the option to talk to a human). The next day I went to my local store and was told that they had changed computer software and that all acct #'s had changed and that taxes had gone up on the service. I asked why I was not notified of these changes and was told that they didn't know. I asked for a phone number to talk to someone who would know and was told that there was none. i was told the corporate office does not deal with customers!

I was afraid that someone was trying to pull an identity theft on me! I am very angry at the customer NO service! I really would like to be able to talk to someone at Metro that can explain this to me!!!!!

Inappropriate?I had same problem with Metro PCS tried to sign up online and had the same issue. Called customer service twice but all they did was read from script and became confused when i asked questions. I gave up and just asked for a paper bill which of course they charge $2.00. I am going to change service ASAP
