MetroPCS, Twitter and Digital services

Is MetroPCS going to do anything about un-blocking Twitter? I recently purchased a MetroPCS plan upgraded to the max, and so far almost nothing works as advertised (it does seem capable of making voice calls - that's the only service working as advertised so far). Can I at least get Twitter working on the system, somehow?
