"Remove Programs" list is empty
Windows Mobile 6.0 Standard: My list of installed programs (Start > Settings > Remove Programs) is completely empty. I have installed software, but (like a typical user) did not notice this until after I'd installed several programs. How can I fix this? I Prefer not to just "back up my PIM data, and reset", and am willing & able to to record & modify registry entries/ files if needed. Obviously, if some software put a corrupted (file/registry key) in, causing the parsing code to stop, I'd remove it, but I can't through the normal process. I did try to install software that apparently is only for touch-screen devices, but never advertised such, and gives an error (probably requiring an interface unavailable on WinMo Standard)
Please help. Thanks!

Inappropriate? You may want to first contact your mobile operator where you obtained the phone, or the manufacturer's support site for assistance and more information.
Have you tried to view your installed apps through the Windows Mobile Device Center? -
I have not looked in WMDC, but most of my apps are installed via CAB files Over-The-Air.
I'll call the operator's support line, and maybe I'll be surprised at the depth of their knowledge of Windows Mobile internal workings. Probably not, which is why I asked Microsoft. I take it there are no Windows Mobile people at Microsoft on GetSatisfaction? -
Inappropriate?I'm not aware of any folks from Mobile on GS, but I'll check. In the mean time, thanks for taking this to your mobile operator - please LMK how you fare. In my own experience, I've had issues resolved through mine as well as through the device manufacturer than had to go internally to our dev team.

Inappropriate?I just found this: http://allshadow.com/forum/viewtopic....
Apparently, WM doesn't like it if you have more than 50 programs installed. I don't remember if I have that many, but it could be.
Now to figure out how to manually uninstall programs (or at least remove from the list, bringing it below the magical 50) so I can uninstall normally.
