Add on for IE which will scan for phone numbers?

i don"t know.. how to start with it. Can you tell me something how to start with the same. What would be the procedure ? which programming language i should use? What is the logic behind it?

Programming language probably doesn't matter; you could write using managed or unmanaged code. Probably (guessing) a COM interface somewhere.

I would guess it would match based on a regular expression (RegEx), but I've never written one so I don't know.

It might be better if you found someone with experience to contract this sort of thing to. Elance.com might be a good place to start. Otherwise check out open source project sites (codeplex.com, sourceforge.net, Google Code, etc.) to see if there are any similar projects you could study and learn from.

That's about all the help I can give on this topic since I've never written one myself.
