Inappropriate?Per http://tinyurl.com/3r9awg, if you need help with an Xbox 360 in the US, call 1-800-4MY-XBOX for customer support, or dial 425-635-7180. I just got through to a live person in a few minutes. (See http://www.xbox.com/en-US/support/con... for more details.) You can also get support via email for XBLive at https://help.xbox.com/default.aspx?pr...

Inappropriate?I did all that last weekend, and they told me they can't unfreeze the account until I resolve the $15 with someone at 1-800-809-0923, which I've been trying all week. It always goes straight to recording, tells me to call back or leave a message, and then won't allow me to leave a message because the voicemail inbox is full.

Inappropriate?Apologies for that. Please go to http://blogs.msdn.com/mthree/contact.... and fill out the resulting form with your contact info and I will escalate to Xbox support. It's the contact link from http://blogs.msdn.com/mthree, under the This Blog heading on the left hand nav, "Email"

Inappropriate? The Microsoft 800 number typically will not let you speak to a live person because there is no option to speak to a live person. The way I got around that was to keep shouting NO, NO, NO at the recording, over and over again. At first, this didn't seem to be working. I kept at it until finally a live person came on line.
