start Help and Support Service
I inadvertently lost / deleted helpctr.exe, I found HELPCTR.EX_ in the i386 file, I cannot find out how to decompress HELPCTR.EX_
Can you help me?I found out how to decompress helpctr.exe, but now I get an error saying that the help and support service must be started.
I have gone thru CTL Panel - admin tools and cannot find Help and Support in the list of services.
is there a command line entry to start help and support service?
