How do I remove hard returns from a block of text in Word?
I often copy and paste text from PDFs into Word, resulting in short lines ending in hard returns. Just wondering if there is a quick way of removing all the hard returns in a big block of text so it flows into a normal paragraph style. Working with Word 2008 for Mac.
Thanks,
Jo

Inappropriate?try searching for ^p in the block of text - you can replace with pretty much anything you want, including nothing :-)
