I bought VSPro & MSDN Premium, but cannot get the products I paid for via the download and licensing site at Microsoft, or via the telephone
After getting a Windows LiveID, I was shuffled off to a licensing site where you have to register all over again. But I can't download Windows XP Professional or Visual FoxPro. (Yes, we know they would like to kill these products, but I did pay for them.)
So I'll try again. Now the licensing site is down. Ah, a phone number to call - Volume Licensing, 800-248-0655. Their IVR system can't hear me talking or the numbers I'm pressing. Had to wait a few minutes as it timed out one layer at a time and finally just passed me through to a human. He's in India. He told me to call:
Licensing Fulfillment - 800-248-0655. No one there, their hours of operations do not include 5:20P PST.
