Internal mail goes to junk and my availabilty on my calender can not be seen by others.
I still have email from the other designers and Mel O going to my junk mail folder for some reason. And I’m not sure we ever fixed my calendar issue either, where no one can see my availability when setting up a meeting.

Inappropriate? Are these users in your local address book? Have you added your domain name to the safe senders list?
What version of Entourage are you using? What kind of server are you connecting to? Since you're talking about seeing calendars, I'm assuming Exchange, but I want to make sure. -
Inappropriate?Yes the user's are in the global address book and it is only a select few from our domain. It it Entourage 2008 and yes we are using Exchange 2007. You can log in as the same user on a pc and this does not happen only on his Mac does this happen, he has OS 10.5.7.

Inappropriate?Try to add your domain to the Entourage safe senders list. To do so, go to Entourage. Select the Tools menu, then select "Junk e-mail protection". Click on the "Safe domains" tab, and then enter in your domain. For example, I have "microsoft.com" as a safe domain in Entourage.

Inappropriate?Hi this appears to have cleared up the junk e-mail part no the calendar is the only issue.

Inappropriate? Are you sure that you're putting your calendar entries into the correct calendar? Since you're using Exchange, you have two calendars. One is named "On My Computer", and it is your local calendar. No-one can see that calender. You also have your Exchange calendar, which will have the same name as what you've given your Exchange account when you set up that account in Entourage. (For example, my Exchange calendar is named "Microsoft - Ex14".) Events on your Exchange calendar should be viewable by others.
If you are putting your events on your Exchange calendar, then I'll need to know more details about what clients the other users are using (Outlook? Outlook Web Access? something else?) and what they see when they try to look at your availability. -
Inappropriate?Yes events are going into the Exchange Calendar, however it does not matter if we are using OWA or Outlook when you shcedule a meeting and look at this particular person it says No Information.
