please help, my PC has crashed please help me fast

hi,

on startup my computer says, en error has occured,
you can...

start windows normally (just re starts computer process begins again)
safe mode (same as above)
ultra safe mode (same as above))
re boot (does nothing).

PLEASE HELP i cant se my computer now its usless!

You may want to first use the recovery CD provided by your computer's manufacturer.

Can you boot into last known good configuration. Can you be more specific on the error message. If you boot into the install dvd can you run a "Startup Repair"?

cant do anything on it, turn on ERROR messages greet me instead of the login withdo, i click any of the options it gives me and it starts all ova again!

Your computer provider should have given you an XP or Vista install disk. You will most likely need to do start up repair (if you have vista) or a clean install
